Rene, Congratulations on your extensive collection of exquisite videos from which you constructed your productions. They are masterfully done. I just finished watching The Fatboy Chronicles, the last of the trio of videos I recently ordered from you. By the way, I phoned in the order on a Wedesday and they were waiting for me when I arrived back home in Sugar Land, Texas two days later on Friday. Hi Rene, I just wanted to let you know I got your video 401 Blows Part 2, and really enjoyed it. There were so many scenes I had never seened before, and a couple I had on other tapes, but they contained the entire movie. Now I can just keep your tape. I really enjoyed one of the last scenes where the mean dad gets his bare butt whipped with a switch, by that big sheriff-(I think). That dad really got put in his place, it was wonderful. The entire tape was wonderful. You did a great job putting it all together, and I hope there will be a Part 3 in the future. Thank you so much, Greg
Rene's videos are just fantastic. All of us who enjoy the subject of this board have got our own collection of films and clips stashed away (come on, admit it - you look through your TV guide for the films and set the video up!!). Rene has managed
to get together, not just clips that we've probably all got, but also a whole load more that have not even been heard of much less owned. If you really like this subject and you cant be bothered to wait for the next time a film or TV show is repeated (sometimes decades, sometimes never!!) then I strongly recommend these set of videos. As mentioned in an earlier message, there is nothing illegal - they are all mainstream TV progs and Movies. Rene has not only got a fine collection, but has also edited them together in a very neat and professional way. Hope you take this advice and that of many other satisfied customers. - Comixpank

"Dear Rene, I received the above videos this morning. Please ignore yesterdays' e-mail querying non-arrival.They were well-packed and went through customs without being charged or opened. I found both videos magical and endearing, sensitive and artistic. The 401 blows, (an inspired parody of Truffaud's work of a similar title) is, for me, a most moving and powerful anti-corporal punishment classic, depicting the brute insensitivity of adult teachers and guardians. "I recently received my copy of, "401 Blows." I just finished viewing the film, and I had to write immediately to tell you what a dazzling production it is! It was brilliantly edited and has a beautiful rhythm and flow. After having recorded some of these scenes on my own VCR over the years, I halfway expected your film to be somewhat similar to my own results--fuzzy and of generally poor quality. I can't tell you how pleased I was to encounter such high quality resolution and sound--even on many of the clips from very old films. Yours is a first-class piece of work!
